Incoloy 800 is a high-temperature alloy belonging to the nickel-iron-chromium alloy series, which is mainly used in applications requiring high-temperature and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in the petrochemical, energy and chemical processing industries for its good high temperature performance and corrosion resistance.

Incoloy 800H
Incoloy 800H is an improved version of Incoloy 800 specifically designed to withstand higher temperatures and more stringent application requirements. It is an alloy based on Incoloy 800, but with higher strength and better high-temperature properties.

Incoloy 800HT
A further improved version of Incoloy 800H, designed to provide increased strength and durability in extreme high temperature environments. It is primarily used in applications requiring extreme heat resistance and high temperature stability.

Properties
Corrosion resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance, especially in acidic environments such as sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, fluoride and marine environments. The presence of molybdenum and copper enhances the resistance to these corrosive media.
HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE: Good high temperature performance with stability up to 550°C (1022°F) for medium to high temperature environments.
Oxidation Resistance: Excellent oxidation resistance, suitable for high temperature oxidising environments.
Weldability: Good weldability for complex components and structures.
